As a community theatre, we are on offer to all groups with a range of services from theatre letting, to corporate meetings, to a social venue and costume letting.

Theatre Letting
Our recent refurbishment has established the Dylan Thomas Theatre as one of the country's most accessible venues, equipped to deal with the needs of a broad range of theatre and entertainment companies, and we look forward to broadening our range of clients. In recent years we have welcomed companies ranging from Sgript Cymru, Theatr na n'Og, Circus Eruption and the One Act Play Festival as well as numerous schools and community groups. Subject to the availability of out volunteer team, we can offer help with front of house, bar and technical staffing.
Player Hire
With over 200 members, we are the perfect place to look should you require an entire evening or simply some after-dinner entertainment. Having provided this service for many years, we have more than ample experience in performing in a wide range of locations, and providing such entertainment as one-act plays, themed nights and murder mysteries!
Corporate Letting
The Dylan Thomas Theatre's central location in the heart of one of Wales' most talked-about developments makes us an ideal venue for meetings and conferences, with parking available in the nearby Leisure Centre or National Maritime Museum. Our newly-refurbished foyer and bar area opens directly onto Dylan Thomas Square, and for guests with an interest in the culture and history of the city, an exhibition about Dylan Thomas' early years in the theatre is a permanent fixture in our entrance area. Our Auditorium, which seats over 150, is also available for hire for more formal presentations. Recently we have been hired by business networking events, craft fairs, AGMs and private social parties.
Costume Hire
We have an extensive theatre wardrobe with 1000's of items, available to hire at extremely reasonable rates. Historical, Pantomime, Fancy Dress - or just a ball-gown for that special occasion!
